Service Description

One on one therapeutic yoga class for overall physical and mental wellness. Manual therapy and modalities will not be performed by the instructor. This session is ideal for those students wanting to deepen their practice, have greater supervision in ensuring correct and safe form of postures, with personalization of intentions. PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS ARE OFFERED AT BUSINESS LOCATION AS WELL AS IN HOME PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL TO SCHEDULE.
