Service Description

These sessions are offered either privately or semi-privately. You will be guided through a relaxing meditation to find a place and space of peace within. These sessions will include still, restorative and restful positions, as well as some soothing, flowing and gentle movements. (cost is $45/person for private and $25/person for semi-private) MEDITATION SESSIONS ARE OFFERED AT WEXFORD LOCATION OR IN HOME.
