Service Description

These sessions are designed for the client, by the client. Choose TWO 30 minute treatments to meet the needs of your mind and body. Choose between strength training, yoga, meditation, massage, and cupping. This service differs from formal physical therapy in that evaluation, modalities, home program prescription, and more advanced manual therapy (joint mobilizations, etc will not be performed).
